How to Apply for a Volunteer Mission Trip
Print and read through the volunteer application carefully. Fill out the application and mail it with:
· $25.00 (non-refundable processing fee),
· a photo of yourself (face shot)
· a copy of your passport (if you have one already)

Las Vegas, NV 89149
You will need to send in $800.00 deposit 60 days prior to your departure date. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to departure.
